We are currently looking for a Bilingual French & English Customer Consultants
This is a fully remote position in Portugal, offering the opportunity to work in an international environment while supporting a globally recognised brand.
Your RoleAs a Customer Consultant, you will ensure that members receive high-quality support and a seamless streaming experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
- Troubleshooting technical and account-related issues
- Guiding users through platform features and functionality
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience at every interaction
- Gathering customer feedback to support service improvements
- Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level)
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment

- Base Salary: €920
- Performance Bonus (max):€360
- Language Allowance (French + English):€250
- Meal Allowance: €10.20/day (≈ €214/month)
- Assiduity Allowance: €110
