Role Description This is a part-time, remote Fresher Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) role at JS Food Safety Solutions. The Data Analyst will assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing food safety and audit-related data from various sources. Day-to-day tasks include updating databases and spreadsheets, preparing basic reports and visual summaries, and supporting the analysis of HACCP training and GMP audit results. The role also involves collaborating with senior consultants to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for process improvement, while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess foundational data handling skills, including basic data entry, spreadsheet management, and familiarity with data cleaning techniques. Candidates should possess analytical skills such as interpreting datasets, identifying patterns, and supporting the creation of simple charts or dashboards. Candidates should possess basic technical skills, such as proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools, and willingness to learn data analysis or visualization software. Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a remote, part-time setting. Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with team members. Interest in food safety, public health, or quality assurance is highly beneficial; coursework or internship experience in these areas is a plus. Ability to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and follow established procedures and data security practices. Recent graduates or individuals pursuing degrees in science, food technology, public health, statistics, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
