Full Remote- Insurance Defense Attorney

Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney Location: Fully Remote Experience: 2+ Years Compensation: Up to $250,000 Base Salary (DOE) About the Opportunity: Our clients are seeking motivated attorneys with 2+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience to join a well-established and growing legal practice offering the flexibility of 100% remote work across , competitive compensation, and opportunities to take your litigation career to the next level. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense and civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. Represent insurance carriers, businesses, and insured clients in litigation proceedings. Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents. Conduct depositions, attend hearings, participate in mediations, and assist with trial preparation. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in California, in good standing. 2+ years of experience in insurance defense, civil litigation, or related litigation practice areas. Experience handling litigation matters independently, including discovery, motion practice, and case strategy. Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
