Job Title: Partner – Real Estate & Intellectual PropertyLocation: California (Fully Remote)Billables: No requirement Overview:Our client is actively seeking an experienced Partner-level attorney with a portable book of business of at least $300,000 to join their growing practice. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys specializing in Real Estate (litigation and/or transactional) and/or Intellectual Property, including Trademark matters, who are looking for a more flexible and growth-oriented platform. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow an existing book of business in Real Estate and/or Intellectual PropertyMaintain and strengthen client relationships while expanding your practiceHandle sophisticated matters including:Real estate transactions, disputes, leasing, and developmentIntellectual property matters including trademark prosecution, enforcement, and related litigationCollaborate with internal teams while maintaining autonomy over your practiceContribute to the firm’s overall growth through business development and client retention QualificationsActive California Bar licenseDemonstrated portable book of business of $300K+Significant experience in: Real Estate (litigation or transactional), and/or Intellectual Property / Trademark law Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$500,000 – $700,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
