The team advises institutional investors, private equity firms, REITs, developers, property owners, investment managers, lenders, and national tenants on sophisticated commercial real estate matters involving billions of dollars in transaction and financing activity . The practice spans commercial acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, development, joint ventures, commercial leasing, asset management, construction, and land use. Representative matters across the platform include a $1.5 billion REIT-related financing facility, a $690 million industrial-property financing facility, a $420 million office portfolio loan, a $250 million mixed-use development, and a $160 million Silicon Valley office acquisition . Attorneys have the opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters involving institutional capital, large commercial property portfolios, major development projects, and sophisticated deal structures across multiple U.S. markets. Key Responsibilities & Position Overview: The attorney will advise clients across a broad range of commercial real estate transactions , including: Acquisitions and dispositions Purchase and sale transactions Commercial leasing and lease negotiations Real estate financing Easements and related real property agreements Real estate due diligence Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, easements, and other transactional agreements Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school. Active California Bar membership in good standing. Several years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions. 3+ years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions. Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transaction documents Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $250,000–$350,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
