Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Algorithm Developer who is proficient in both front-end and back-end development. You will be responsible for developing high-quality web solutions for specific project. This role requires hands-on experience with both the technical and design aspects of algorithm development, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and an exceptional user experience, in the premier social matchmaking services. Key Responsibilities: · Algorithm Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic (matching algorithm, databases, and APIs. Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient code for web applications. Utilize server-side languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP, or Java. Manage database technologies such as, MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways. · Project Management: Work closely with project managers to deliver high-quality projects on time. Communicate effectively with management to understand project requirements. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality output. Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and improvements post-launch. Required Skills & Qualifications: (it is not required for ONE specific project but the multitude of different sectors we work in) Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.). Proficiency in back-end frameworks (Node.js, Express, Django, Laravel, etc.). Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern libraries. Strong experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integrating third-party APIs. Experience with database design and management (SQL, NoSQL). Familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitHub). Solid understanding of web security best practices. Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Prior experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 1-3 years of professional experience in web development. Portfolio of previous work and projects showcasing your development skills. Experience in mobile-first and responsive design. Familiarity with server management, DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines.
