Role Description This part-time remote Full Stack Developer role at GENSOL - MOZAMBICAN GENIAL SOLUTIONS GROUP, SU. LDA involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across both front-end and back-end components. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement features, and ensure seamless integration between user interfaces and server-side logic. Daily tasks include writing clean and efficient code, optimizing application performance, managing databases and APIs, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also includes participating in code reviews, maintaining technical documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and workflows.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with the ability to work across the entire application lifecycle. Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for building responsive and accessible user interfaces. Experience in Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks, APIs, and database integration. Strong understanding of software engineering principles, version control (e.g., Git), and collaborative development workflows. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with distributed teams. Relevant technical education or equivalent practical experience in computer science, software engineering, or related fields. Familiarity with testing practices, security best practices, and basic DevOps concepts is an advantage.
