Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of proven experience as a full-stack developer, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies. You should be proficient in vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid grasp of modern frameworks such as Svelte/Sveltekit, Tailwind, and Vite. Experience with CMS frameworks like WordPress, Hygraph, or Contentful, and building applications using GraphQL and REST APIs is essential. Knowledge of multiple back-end languages such as PHP, C#, Python, or Node.js is required. Familiarity with version control systems like GIT, and an understanding of DevOps, security practices, and infrastructure management, are considered advantages. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preference will be given to applicants based on the East Coast of the United States, particularly North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include participating in the entire application lifecycle—from architecture, coding, and debugging to deployment and maintenance. You will develop responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces, ensuring they meet design specifications and provide optimal performance across devices. You will troubleshoot and debug applications, perform UI tests, and optimize for scalability and speed. Managing and integrating cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy systems will be part of your daily tasks. Collaborating closely with designers and product teams, you will gather technical and design requirements and translate them into functional applications. Building reusable code libraries for future projects, documenting processes, and creating comprehensive guides are essential components of your role. You will also be responsible for integrating third-party APIs, ensuring high-quality graphic standards, and maintaining consistency with the company's branding. Additionally, you will provide training and support to team members and clients, ensuring smooth project execution and ongoing platform stability.
