About the Role
The company is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer for a remote consulting engagement in the United States. This position focuses on maintaining and improving cloud-based applications, supporting production services, and developing backend and frontend functionality. You will also collaborate with DevOps engineers on AWS-based deployments. The initial engagement is expected to last 6–9 months, with the potential for an extension. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and residents of the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance existing cloud-based applications. Troubleshoot bugs, implement fixes, and support production services. Develop backend functionality using Python and/or Node.js. Support frontend development using React and TypeScript. Collaborate with DevOps engineers on AWS-based deployments.
Required Qualifications
Professional experience with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, or React. Experience building or maintaining APIs and web applications. Familiarity with AWS or GCP. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. 1–3+ years of relevant experience. U.S. citizenship and U.S. residency. Salary & Benefits Compensation: $40–$50 per hour.
