About the Role
LAHZO is seeking a Full Stack Staff Engineer to design and build scalable applications across the entire technology stack. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, covering server-side logic, database design, and responsive front-end development. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop high-performance applications and new product experiences. The position also involves mentoring developers, strengthening engineering practices, and contributing to technical and product direction as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable systems across the front end, back end, and database layers Develop server-side logic and responsive user interfaces for data-driven applications Build and architect solutions using TypeScript, SQL, MongoDB, and Redis Apply software design patterns and sound system architecture principles Design and implement APIs that support reliable, maintainable applications Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure and containerization technologies Mentor developers and promote code quality and engineering best practices Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver new product experiences Contribute to technical decisions and team direction through strategic thinking and continuous learning Maintain clean, maintainable code and support quality through automated testing
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in full-stack development Strong understanding of software design patterns, API design, and system architecture Experience with at least one cloud platform, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure Experience with containerization technologies Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior developers Commitment to clean, maintainable code and automated testing
Compensation and Benefits
