Full-Time WordPress Developer + Digital Marketing Generalist (SEO / PPC / Design) Description: We're looking for a full-time, versatile WordPress developer who can also own our digital marketing and design work. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who's comfortable moving between building sites, running ad campaigns, and producing creative. What you'll do: Build, customize, and maintain WordPress sites (themes, plugins, page builders) Design and optimize high-converting landing pages Handle full-stack development work (HTML/CSS/JS, PHP, basic backend/integrations) Run and optimize SEO (on-page, technical, content) Manage PPC and Facebook/Meta ad campaigns Produce graphic design assets for web and ads Support broader marketing initiatives as needed What we're looking for: Proven WordPress portfolio (please include links) Strong SEO track record with measurable results Hands-on paid ads experience (Google Ads + Meta) Graphic design skills (Figma/Adobe or equivalent) Self-directed, reliable, and able to juggle multiple disciplines Clear written English and responsive communication
