Fullstack Developer | Remote

Position: Director of Talent Automations Type: Full time Compensation: $180K - $250K/yr Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Design, architect, and implement a Talent Operations Department Agent for end-to-end expert operations. Integrate large language models and fullstack solutions to automate core operational processes. Collaborate with Operations Engineering specialists to define requirements and develop automation workflows. Identify and implement third-party integrations to optimize automation capabilities. Continuously refine automated systems based on feedback and performance data. Document solutions and provide clear communication to stakeholders.

Requirements

Demonstrated expertise in workflow automation and process improvement. Track record as an AI engineer or in developing solutions utilizing large language models. Fullstack development proficiency with modern frameworks and deployment practices. Comfort with integrating third-party platforms and APIs. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
