Fully REMOTE Lemon Law Attorney

Title: Associate Attorney Location: Remote in California About the role: Currently hiring for multiple experienced Litigation Attorneys for opportunities with various established California law firms who are open to do Lemon Law and represents automobile manufacturers, distributors, and authorized dealerships against consumer claims involving defective vehicles, warranty breaches, and buyback demands. Responsibilities: Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Participate in trial preparation and assist at trial as needed Representing automobile manufacturers, distributors, and authorized dealerships against consumer claims involving defective vehicles, warranty breaches, and buyback demands Experience required: Active California Bar license in good standing 1+ years of experience in any civil litigation practice area ( general liability or civil defense or personal injury or medical malpractice or insurance defense or employment law ). Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
