Key Responsibilities
Serve as overall technical lead for BidIQ Pricing Engine Guidance Engine and EnablerSwitch support Lead P1P2 incident bridges and critical production escalations Drive RCA reviews and preventive actions Coordinate releases deployments and postproduction validations Guide offshore support engineers and cloud engineers Participate in governance reviews service reporting and client leadership meetings Support minor enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives Own transition KT validation and operational readiness activities
