QUICKBOOKS ONLINE EXPERT IS A MUST Position:Experienced Lead Accountant - remote This role offers significant growth potential and a flexible schedule.Compensation is based on experience.We're looking for someone with strong soft skills, technical expertise, and a passion for both accounting and client service.Responsibilities Provide client-specific bookkeeping and accounting services using QuickBooks Online (QBO), including:Monthly account reconciliation Accounts receivable and payable processing Payroll functions Generating reports (monthly, year-end, and ad hoc) Supporting special projects Ensure timely resolution and communication of client requests Manage and assist current bookkeeping staff Operate in a self-directed or leadership capacity Qualifications High personal integrity and ethical standards Passionate about your work and our mission Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Confidence in your skill set and decision-making Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments Comfortable working independently or leading a team Technical Requirements 5years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience Hands-on experience with A/R, A/P, and payroll Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Minimum Associate's Degree in Accounting Comfortable with technology and learning new software Ability to work virtually/remotely No tax season work required.
