Sonify Radio: Music streaming and background audio service tailored for venues, hospitality, retail, and commercial chains. To drive our commercial expansion worldwide, we are seeking a visionary leader for the position of Head of Global B2B Sales & Network Builder. The selected leader will hold full strategic and operational autonomy to scale our global commercial footprint, recruit an independent sales network, and acquire key enterprise accounts. Partnership Structure & Benefits Milestone-Based Equity Vesting (Up to 20%): Progressive equity ownership tied to active monthly network revenue targets (ranging from €50k/month up to a €200k/month MRR cap). Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a global network of independent B2B sales reps. Formulate and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for Sonify Music’s product portfolio. Lead complex negotiations and directly close high-value B2B deals with hotels, agencies, and global brands. Monitor sales pipeline metrics to ensure achieving revenue targets. Candidate Profile Proven track record as a Commercial Director, Network Builder, or Senior Sales Leader in B2B sales, SaaS, digital licensing, or media. Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable operating within a pure meritocratic, high-upside framework. Demonstrated ability to attract, inspire, and lead external sales forces and partner networks. Strong strategic vision with an acute understanding of music, technology, and B2B markets.
