JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with significant experience dedicated to Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation inclusive of commercial capability enablement and reinvention, in domain areas like Sales/Sales Ops, Marketing Ops/Creative, Innovation/NPD or Commercial Data, Analytics and Insights.
- Minimum of 2 years of expertise in building and scaling product management, analytics, data, and insights organizations within GCC environments, including establishing product-led operating models and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience designing and implementing analytics operating models, data governance frameworks, product delivery methodologies, and insights-led transformation programs.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, advanced analytics, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes, productivity, customer experience, and enterprise decision-making.
- Minimum of 1 year leading digital product development and innovation at scale.
