Role Description The Global President, Hair Care is a full-time remote leadership role responsible for building and overseeing the global hair care business for Herbs For Health & Clean Start - Total Body Cleansing. This role leads the development of hair care strategy, product portfolio, and brand positioning aligned with the company’s holistic wellness philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining market entry plans, directing product innovation, managing P&L for the hair care category, and setting performance targets across regions. The Global President collaborates with marketing, sales, operations, and R&D to drive growth, ensure product quality, and maintain regulatory compliance in all markets. This position also involves establishing key partnerships, mentoring leaders, and representing the brand in external industry and wellness forums.
Qualifications
Proven senior executive experience leading global consumer products or beauty/wellness brands, with direct responsibility for strategy, P&L management, and team leadership. Strong background in hair care, cosmetic science, or wellness-focused product development, including experience with natural or herbal formulations and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated ability to design and execute global go-to-market plans, including market analysis, brand positioning, pricing, and multi-channel distribution strategies. Excellent skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and remote team leadership across diverse cultures and geographies. Advanced communication, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities, with a track record of driving measurable business growth and organizational change. Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong digital fluency for virtual collaboration, data analysis, and performance reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Cosmetic Science, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly beneficial. Passion for holistic wellness, sustainability, and customer-centric product innovation; experience in spa, wellness, or health-related industries is an advantage.
