Position: Hiring For Golang Developer - FT - Remote Please find below J.D: Experience: 4 to 8 Years Work Mode: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: 3pm to 12pm Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Golang and ReactJS/Next Js to design, develop, deploy, and support scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience along with the ability to work with global clients and cross-functional teams . The role requires a technically strong professional who can independently own development and deployment activities, collaborate with stakeholders across different regions, and contribute to solution design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Golang
.
- Develop responsive and high-performing user interfaces using ReactJS/Next Js
.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Golang.
- Implement cloud-native solutions with focus on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support for deployed applications.
- Participate in application architecture, technical design, code reviews, and development standards.
- Collaborate with globally distributed engineering, product, QA, Dev Ops, and business teams.
- Interact directly with global clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical updates, and resolve issues.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide effort/technical estimates.
- Take ownership of deliverables throughout the complete SDLC, from development through deployment and production support.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Mandatory Skills
- 8 to 13 years of overall software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Golang/Go
.
- Strong experience with ReactJS/NextJS and modern frontend development.
- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems
.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
.
- Experience working with global/international clients and cross-functional teams
.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Azure Functions, App Services, AKS, Azure Storage, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB.
- Kafka or other messaging/event-driven technologies.
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
- Git, Git Hub/Git Lab/Azure Repos.
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or ARM/Bicep.
- Monitoring and logging using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or similar tools.
- Experience with security, authentication, OAuth2/JWT, and API gateways.
- Experience in performance optimization and production troubleshooting.
