Government Contracting Specialist — Apply for GSA, CMAS + Submit 10 Government Bids

Results & Timeline Expectations We want someone who is execution and results focused, not only an advisor. In your proposal, please clearly state: How soon can you complete and submit our CMAS application? How soon can you complete and submit our GSA MAS application? How quickly can you prepare and submit the first 10 qualified government bids? Based on your actual past experience, how many government contracts do you realistically believe you can help us win in the next 6 months? What is your historical success/win rate for government bids you personally prepared? Provide examples of contracts you helped clients win, including approximate contract value where you are permitted to disclose it. What will you do after submission—clarifications, negotiations, interviews, BAFOs, presentations, and follow-up? What information/documents will you need from us during the first week to start immediately? Our 6-month objective: Get M2 Tech positioned on the appropriate government contracting vehicles and aggressively pursue qualified opportunities in Cybersecurity, AI, IT consulting, cloud security, risk assessment, CISO/vCISO, GRC, and software/AI services. We understand nobody can guarantee a government contract award. We are looking for a specialist with a demonstrated track record who can give us a realistic 6-month target based on our qualifications and the opportunities they will pursue. Initial deliverables: GSA MAS application + CMAS application + minimum 10 complete qualified government bid submissions. Payment preference: Fixed-price milestones tied to actual completed submissions and deliverables, with an optional performance bonus for contracts awarded.
