Graduate Research Assistant, Crisis System Evaluation (Current Students Only)

Open to current graduate students only. JNP Industries is a behavioral analytics and program evaluation firm. We are hiring two graduate research assistants to support a multi-year statewide evaluation of a crisis line system: linking crisis contact records to outcome data, building a client experience survey, and producing quarterly dashboards and reports for a state health agency. What you will do Clean, link, and document administrative datasets in R or Python under the direction of the Principal Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reporting Support survey fielding, response tracking, and analysis Prepare tables and charts for evaluation reports Keep data documentation and codebooks current Who should apply Currently enrolled graduate student in epidemiology, biostatistics, data science, public health, or a related field. CUNY students are encouraged to apply. Working skill in R or Python; Tableau experience preferred Careful with detail, reliable with deadlines, comfortable working independently Able to complete HIPAA training and work only on a JNP-issued encrypted laptop Terms Paid: $15,000 per year stipend About 10 hours per week, fully remote, flexible schedule Multi-year engagement beginning spring 2027, contingent You will be asked for a sample of work and transcript if we are interested.
