About the Role
The Mortgage Firm is seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to support corporate branding and loan originator marketing initiatives. This role combines brand-focused design with customized marketing materials for individual loan officers, covering a wide range of print and digital formats. You’ll work closely with the marketing team and loan originators to turn business objectives into effective visual content. The position requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining brand consistency and meeting deadlines. You’ll also help build reusable templates that make the design process more efficient without compromising creativity or quality.
Key Responsibilities
Create flyers, promotional materials, social media graphics, and digital content Design banners, signage, brochures, and sales collateral Develop direct mail pieces, postcards, booklets, and eBooks Create infographics, data visualizations, and advertisements for various platforms Produce customized marketing materials for individual loan originators and their target audiences Maintain consistent branding across corporate and loan officer marketing materials Use Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to develop high-quality designs and reusable templates Translate business objectives and marketing requests into compelling visual concepts Manage multiple design projects with competing deadlines and priorities Coordinate with marketing leadership and loan originators to clarify requirements and expectations Communicate project timelines, provide progress updates, and respond to feedback Revise designs based on input while maintaining creative standards and brand guidelines Develop efficient template systems that support faster production and consistent quality
Required Qualifications
A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across print and digital design Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Experience using Canva for template creation and team collaboration Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple marketing channels Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously with varying deadlines Strong prioritization skills and the ability to assess urgency and importance A self-directed approach with the ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams Ability to translate business goals into effective visual designs Strong communication skills, including setting realistic timelines and providing project updates Openness to feedback, revisions, and continuous improvement What Makes You Successful You’re comfortable switching between corporate brand projects and personalized marketing materials for individual loan originators. You understand how to balance creativity with efficiency, using templates and repeatable processes to maintain quality while meeting deadlines. Compensation and Benefits
