We value practical problem-solving, accountability, and respectful collaboration across locations and time zones. Our team works to create a supportive environment where people can contribute meaningfully, develop their skills, and help improve the way distributed teams operate. About The Role Remote Leverage is seeking a Remote Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day processes that keep a distributed team organized and productive. In this role, you will coordinate workflows, maintain accurate documentation, communicate updates, and help identify opportunities to make routine operations more efficient. You will work with colleagues across functions, helping ensure that information is accessible and tasks are completed with appropriate care and follow-through. This position is suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to changing priorities and can work independently while staying connected to a remote team. You should be comfortable using digital collaboration tools, managing multiple responsibilities, and raising questions when requirements or timelines are unclear. The successful candidate will communicate thoughtfully, respect confidential information, and approach challenges with patience and sound judgment.
Qualifications
Candidates should have experience in operations, coordination, administration, project support, or a related area. Equivalent experience gained through transferable responsibilities may also be considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, as is the ability to organize information and explain processes clearly to colleagues with different levels of familiarity. You should be able to prioritize competing tasks, meet agreed deadlines, and adapt when business needs change. Familiarity with common workplace software, such as shared documents, spreadsheets, calendars, and communication platforms, is expected. Attention to detail, discretion, and a dependable approach to follow-up are essential. Experience working remotely or with a distributed team is helpful but not required. We welcome candidates who are curious, considerate collaborators and willing to learn new systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
Coordinate recurring operational tasks and track progress against agreed timelines. Maintain organized digital records, shared resources, and process documentation so that information remains accurate and easy to find. Support meeting preparation and follow-up by scheduling sessions, assembling relevant materials, recording action items, and reminding owners about outstanding tasks. Respond to internal requests or direct them to the appropriate contact, providing clear updates on status and next steps. Help onboard team members by sharing relevant resources and explaining established workflows. Monitor routine processes for gaps, duplication, or delays, and suggest practical improvements. Collaborate with colleagues to support projects, communicate changes, and ensure handoffs are clear. Protect sensitive information, follow company policies, and promptly raise concerns that may affect service, quality, or deadlines.
