Remote Position

🫧 GTM Engineer

🌍 Remote Β· United States πŸ’Ό Full-time

Let's start with why we exist. πŸ“‘

Ever wondered if your employer is monitoring your work computer?

Organizations make huge investments every year to keep their laptops and servers online, secure, compliant, and usable from anywhere. This is called "device management".

At Fleet, we think it's time device management became transparent and open source.

About the company 🌈

You can read more about the company in our handbook, which is public and open to the world.

tldr; Fleet Device Management Inc. is a Series B startup founded and backed by the same people who created osquery, the leading open source security agent. Today, osquery is installed on millions of laptops and servers, and it is especially popular with enterprise IT and security teams.

Your primary responsibilities πŸ”

  • πŸ§ͺ Run growth experiments across the full customer journey, from first impression to pipeline, and double down on what works.
  • πŸ—οΈ Build and automate Fleet's go-to-market systems: tracking, attribution, lead routing, and reporting that connect the website, ads, and CRM.
  • 🌐 Make improvements to fleetdm.com: landing pages, forms, instrumentation, and page-speed fixes shipped as pull requests.
  • πŸ“£ Own results from paid channels, working with outside partners where it makes sense to hold them to CAC, CPL, and pipeline targets.
  • πŸ“Š Turn analytics and experiment data into clear decisions about where Fleet spends time and money.
  • 🀝 Collaborate with sales and the GTM architecture team so campaigns and systems match how pipeline is actually worked.
  • πŸ’‘ Figure out whatever the next experiment needs, whether that's a new channel, a script, or a better way to qualify leads.

  • πŸ” Comfortable with analytics and attribution: Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and tying spend to pipeline.
  • πŸ”Œ Experience wiring up tools with APIs and automation (for example a CRM, enrichment tools, or workflow platforms).
  • πŸ€– You use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.) in your daily workflow to move faster and produce better work.

  • 🟒 Results: You care about outcomes more than activity.
  • βž• Bonus: Experience with security, IT, or device management buyers; open-source contributions.
