Job Summary (Guidewire Developer / Lead / Architect) :Participate in Guidewire Policy Center implementations, including requirements review, assessment, and technical effort estimation.Ensure technical design and specifications align with user-stories, requirements, and best practices.Utilize Guidewire accelerators and proven architectural patterns for efficient development and integration.Develop, test, and review standards-based code that meets business and technical specifications.Build solutions involving Batch processes, Message Queues, Event Messaging, and API integrations.Configure and develop solutions for both internal and external consumers using Guidewire EDGE APIs and models.Write and review code, ensuring thorough unit, integration, end-to-end, and smoke testing in CI / CD pipelines.Facilitate code quality checks and manage code promotion to higher environments.Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, including post-implementation maintenance and production support.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and potentially lead offshore teams.Apply advanced knowledge of Guidewire Edge APIs, PolicyCenter configuration, XML, JSON, SQL, and web-based Java / J2EE or.Net development.Design and develop REST APIs and web services, including transactional and account / user management integrations.Utilize Agile methodologies and source control tools (GIT, TFS, etc.).Preferred :Experience with Commercial P&C insurance, Guidewire integration concepts, and Product Model development..
