Head of Asset Management

Role Description The Head of Asset Management is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the performance and strategy of the company’s real estate portfolio. This role manages asset-level business plans, monitors property operations and financial results, and drives initiatives to improve occupancy, revenue, and overall asset value. Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial reports, coordinating with property management teams, assessing capital needs, and making data-driven recommendations on investments and dispositions. The Head of Asset Management will collaborate closely with development, finance, and executive leadership to align asset strategy with broader company objectives and ensure consistent reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience using data to guide asset-level decisions. Candidates should possess Business Planning and Portfolio Management skills to create, implement, and monitor asset strategies. Candidates should possess Finance and Investments skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating investment performance. Experience in real estate asset management, multifamily housing, or related fields is highly beneficial. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment. Demonstrated leadership ability, sound judgment, and a track record of improving asset performance and stakeholder outcomes.
