Role Description The Reinigung der Anlage role is a full-time, remote position responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and orderly facilities that support the firm’s professional environment. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine cleaning of designated areas, such as offices, common spaces, and facility surroundings, and ensuring that surfaces, floors, and equipment are properly sanitized. The role involves window cleaning, carpet care, and the use of appropriate cleaning tools and products in line with safety and quality standards. The individual will follow established schedules, document completed work, and report any maintenance or safety issues. Collaboration with other team members and clear communication with supervisors are expected to ensure consistent service quality across locations.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Commercial Cleaning, including maintaining office and facility spaces to professional standards. Experience in Window Cleaning, ensuring clear, streak-free glass surfaces for interior and exterior areas. Proficiency in Home Cleaning and House Cleaning tasks, with attention to detail and thoroughness. Ability to perform Carpet cleaning and care, including vacuuming, spot treatment, and basic stain removal. Knowledge of cleaning agents, equipment, and safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals. Reliability in following schedules, working independently in a remote setting, and completing tasks on time. Good physical stamina and ability to meet the demands of repetitive cleaning activities. Prior experience in facility or janitorial services is preferred; basic education and clear communication skills are beneficial.
