We're hiring a Head of Growth to launch our protein food brand nationally. Protein Fueled Foods makes protein-infused condiments: ketchup, BBQ sauce, hot honey glaze, spaghetti sauce, and dressing. Real food that helps people hit their protein goals, without the chalky bars. The product is made. Five SKUs are in inventory and ready to ship. Shopify is live. Our TikTok Shop is approved. What we don't have: customers who know we exist. That's your job. WHAT YOU'LL OWN: Facebook + Instagram ads ($10-15k/month budget) TikTok Shop launch and the creator/affiliate program Influencer partnerships, from micro to macro Bundles, offers, email/SMS, and later Amazon One number: online sales WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Scaled a food, beverage, supplement, or wellness brand on Shopify, and you can show the dashboards Run a TikTok Shop affiliate program yourself Managed $10k+/month on Meta with real purchase results You know how to make a $12-18 product profitable with bundles and AOV You'd rather do the work than manage a team THE DEAL: Remote, reporting directly to the founders 6-month fractional contract: $6,000-$8,000/month + a monthly revenue bonus Hit the targets and convert to full-time with a bigger bonus and long-term upside This is not a social media manager role.
