• Job Title: Health Coach Dietitian
• Type: Full-time, Remote
• Schedule: 40 hours/week

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with members to assess, plan, and implement tailored nutrition strategies.
• Use clinical tools and data to evaluate nutritional risks and create individualized care plans.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and educational resources to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Analyze behavioral health records and dietary intake to guide clients toward healthier choices.
• Stay current with nutritional trends and contribute to innovative health solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree
• Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration; RD license in State of Residence if applicable (additional state license after hire may be required)
• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist required
• Problem-solving, ethical decision-making, and patient education skills
• Compassionate communicator with ability to work across diverse populations
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a multidisciplinary team
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with weight management, disease management, medical nutrition therapy and health lifestyle behavior change

Preferred Qualifications

• Health Coach Certification
• Experience in facilitating patient/client positive behavioral change
• Managed Care
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Education And Licensing Required

• Bachelor\'s Degree
• Registered Dietitian
• State License where applicable
• CDCES certification

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range $46,597.00 - $101,228.00
