HowYou’llContribute As a Health Coach, you’ll support patients in our virtual obesity reputed company through ongoing coaching, education, and care coordination. You’ll play a key role in driving engagement, behavior reputed company, and overall patient experience - working closely with providers and the care team. WhatYou’llDo

• Support lifestyle, nutrition, and behavior reputed company goals
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patient questions and support
• Coordinate with providers, dietitians, and care team members
• Document patient interactions in the EHR
• Escalate clinical concerns to licensed providers as needed

WhatWe’reLooking For

• 2-5 years of experience in health coaching, patient navigation, care coordination, or a similar patient-facing role.
• Interest or experience in obesity medicine, lifestyle reputed company, chronic condition support.
• Able to efficiently use and adapt to EHRs, telehealth platforms, and a variety of digital communication and workflow tools.
• Strong organization skills and comfort managing multiple patient touchpoints.
• A strong ability to build trust, motivate patients, and communicate with empathy in a virtual setting.
• Health coaching certification and/or a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field preferred.
• A reliable internet connection and a private, HIPAA-conscious remote workspace.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: 32-40 hours/week, with flexibility based on availability and reputed company needs.
• Hourly rate: $23-$28/hour; Compensation is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and overall role fit.
