The selected candidate will support clinical data initiatives, requirements gathering, data validation, integration projects, testing, and implementation of new functionality. Required Skills & Experience Healthcare Interoperability Standards – 3+ Years Strong expertise in HL7, FHIR, and health information exchange standards Experience with healthcare data interoperability and clinical data exchange Clinical Data Analysis & Validation – 3+ Years Analyze, validate, and troubleshoot clinical data Ensure data accuracy, quality, consistency, and standardization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Clinical Coding Systems – 2+ Years Experience with clinical coding/terminology systems such as: SNOMED CT,LOINC,ICD,CPT,RxNorm Health Information Exchange (HIE) – 2+ Years Experience supporting HIE platforms Clinical data exchange and integration projects Understanding of healthcare interoperability workflows Technical Collaboration & Problem Solving – 2+ Years Work closely with technical and business stakeholders Troubleshoot data and integration issues Support testing and implementation of new functionality Participate in requirements gathering and solution design Additional Qualifications Experience in clinical informatics or Health IT Healthcare data integration and API experience Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team Education: Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Science, Public Health, or a related field, or equivalent experience
