Healthcare Enrollment Specialist

Seeking experienced, patient-focused individuals, the full-time Healthcare Enrollment Specialist will engage with U.S.-based Medicare patients remotely, educating them about healthcare programs and enrolling interested patients while working within U.S. Eastern or Central Time hours. Key responsibilities Make 8-15 outbound calls per hour to U.S. Medicare patients to explain and enroll them in recommended healthcare programs Answer Medicare-related questions and obtain verbal consent from patients for enrollment Document call notes and patient information accurately while meeting daily productivity and enrollment targets Required qualifications Prior experience working with U.S. healthcare or Medicare patients in roles such as medical office, call center, or insurance verification Proficiency in both English and Korean, with strong spoken English skills for clear communication with senior patients Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup Comfortable making consistent outbound calls and working independently Ability to work U.S. Eastern or Central Time hours
