Duties Engage in outside sales activities by prospecting new clients through internet leads, community events, and referral sources to expand our customer base. Conduct thorough client consultations to assess insurance needs for home, auto, health, life, and commercial policies. Present customized insurance solutions, clearly explaining coverage options, benefits, and premium details to ensure informed decision-making. Negotiate policy terms with clients and underwriters to secure favorable rates while maintaining compliance with insurance regulations. Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details efficiently. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and ongoing communication to foster loyalty. Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes—including HIPAA guidelines—and product offerings such as property casualty, health, life, and commercial insurance. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in both bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) settings. Familiarity with insurance products including property casualty, health insurance (HIPAA compliance), life insurance, and commercial policies. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite for effective sales management and client documentation. Knowledge of insurance regulation standards and client communication best practices to ensure compliant service delivery. Demonstrated ability to analyze client needs through assessment skills and provide tailored insurance solutions. Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse communities effectively.
