We have a dedicated telemarketing team. So there's no need or requirement for Cold Calls. This process has led us to to becoming one of the largest Property and Casualty agencies in the country. We have 5 offices over multiple states controlling north over $50 Million in premium in total. We're recruiting 2 remote licensed reps to start with us ASAP.
Compensation
Package: Salary at $41,600 (comes out to $20 per hour) Plus tiered commissions that top out at 15%, OTE approaching $96,000 in year one. Minimum Requirements: Active P&C license 1 year of Property and Casualty experience Role Duties: Help customers evaluate their home and auto needs Recommend them the right coverage Close these warm opportunities to seal their protection There isn't one sales person on our sales team that makes less than $8,000 per month, and our top producer makes $13,000-14,000 per month.
