What You Need 2+ years of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience Your own supplies and equipment Reliable transportation and a smartphone EIN or business license General liability insurance Completion of onboarding, assessments, and required checks Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail You’re responsible for your own transportation, fuel, equipment, supplies, and business expenses. Our written cleaning standards reflect the level of care our clients expect: spotless bathrooms, beautifully made beds, polished surfaces, and those little details that make a home feel refreshed. Assignments may include routine cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out jobs, and specialty services. More demanding assignments offer higher payouts. We expect timely arrivals, before-and-after photos, clear communication through our company system, and respect for every home and its occupants. Above all, treat every home like it belongs to someone you love. THE HONEST PART We have high standards because clients trust us with their spaces, belongings, and sometimes their most vulnerable loved ones. We verify experience, check references, and assess quality before welcoming professionals into our network. But high standards should go both ways.
