Responsibilities
Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents Take and defend depositions Handle hearings, mediations and court appearances Communicate directly with clients and provide practical legal guidance Qualifications 5+ years of civil litigation experience Active and in-good-standing California Bar license Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$160,000 – $200,000]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
