Senior HR Business Partner | AI / Tech Scale-Up Ready to make an impact in a high-growth AI business? We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI technology business looking to hire a commercially minded HR Business Partner to support its next stage of growth. With an established global workforce and ambitious expansion plans, this is an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across Engineering, Operations, Customer Success and Deployment, helping shape the people agenda as the business scales. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move seamlessly between strategic HR partnering and complex employee relations, bringing structure, sound judgement and pace to a fast-moving environment. What you'll be doing Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning and people strategy. Lead and co-own performance management, calibration and talent review cycles. Support compensation planning and help shape reward decisions alongside leadership. Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance improvement plans and sensitive employee situations. Build HR metrics and headcount reporting to inform business planning and support significant workforce growth. Develop engagement, retention and change management initiatives as the organisation evolves. Support US HR compliance and enterprise customer audits, working closely with global People teams. Leverage AI tools to improve HR reporting, research, communication and operational efficiency. What we're looking for 5–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience. Experience within a high-growth technology, SaaS or AI business. A strong track record of managing US employee relations and advising leaders on complex people decisions. Hands-on experience with performance cycles, calibration, talent reviews and compensation planning. Confidence operating in an evolving environment where priorities shift quickly and you can make an impact from day one. Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
