Overview of the Role The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
Providing strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders and teams. Developing and implementing talent management strategies, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning. Partnering with management to address employee relations issues and provide coaching support. Facilitating organizational change initiatives and driving culture development programs. Analyzing HR metrics and providing insights to support data-driven decision making. Supporting performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in HR Business Partner or generalist roles HR Knowledge: Understanding of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development Skills: Strong consulting and relationship-building capabilities Analytics: Experience with HR metrics and data analysis Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Language: Advanced level of English
