About the Job myHR Partner is seeking a Remote Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic and hands-on HR support to multiple small and midsize organizations. In this role, you will work directly with business owners, executives, and leadership teams, serving as a trusted HR advisor while managing day-to-day HR operations. You will help clients align their HR strategies with business objectives, address employee-related challenges, maintain compliance, and improve overall organizational performance. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can balance strategic planning with practical execution and build strong relationships across diverse businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership: Build strong relationships with business leaders, understand organizational goals, and align HR strategies with business growth and performance. Full HR Function Management: Act as an extension of clients' internal teams and manage a broad range of HR responsibilities. Employee Relations: Advise leadership on employee relations, organizational structure, performance management, and workplace matters. HR Operations: Manage benefits administration, policy development, payroll coordination, employee training, and workers' compensation. Compliance Management: Support clients across multiple states and industries while adapting to different employment regulations and business requirements. Proactive HR Solutions: Identify potential risks, anticipate client needs, and implement practical HR solutions. Client Management: Manage multiple client accounts, prioritize responsibilities, and deliver consistent, high-quality HR support. Relationship Building: Serve as an approachable and dependable advisor who clients can trust for guidance and execution.
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience. Previous experience as an HR Manager or sole HR professional managing a company's complete HR function is preferred. Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle. Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels. Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence leadership decisions. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex HR situations. Degree in Human Resources or Business with an HR focus, and/or SHRM or HRCI certification, as required by the employer. Experience with HRIS, payroll platforms, and other HR systems. Ability to learn and adapt to new HR technologies. Alignment with a progressive, people-first HR philosophy.
Compensation and Benefits
