Northbridge University is seeking a qualified Human Resources (HR) Essentials Instructor to teach courses through its Continuing Education Division. Courses will be delivered 100% online.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree (required) in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration (MBA) with an HR concentration, Management with an HR emphasis, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years of practical professional experience in Human Resources or HR-related operational environments.
- Professional experience involving one or more of the following areas:
- Human Resources operations support.
- Recruitment and onboarding coordination.
- Employee records management.
- HR compliance support.
- Employee relations support.
- Benefits administration support.
- HRIS-supported recordkeeping.
