HVAC Outside Sales Representative

Ridgeline Mechanical Sales is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our residential and commercial HVAC business across Oregon and Southwest Washington. Strong commercial HVAC experience is especially valuable; plumbing knowledge is a plus. This opportunity is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys developing new business, earning customer trust, and taking ownership of a territory. What You’ll Do Grow relationships with HVAC distributors, contractors, mechanical engineers, and specifying professionals. Develop new accounts and expand sales with existing customers. Promote residential and commercial HVAC equipment through customer visits, presentations, and product training. Track projects, coordinate quotations, and follow opportunities through to the sale. Work with our manufacturers and support team to deliver responsive customer service. What You Bring Residential HVAC experience and a strong commercial HVAC background. Proven sales ability, technical aptitude, and dependable follow-through. Confidence prospecting, presenting products, and building lasting relationships. Organization and initiative to manage a territory independently. Ability to travel throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington. Plumbing or hydronic knowledge is helpful, but not required.
Compensation
