Duties Engage in outside sales efforts to identify new clients and business opportunities across various markets. Negotiate terms and contracts effectively to secure favorable agreements while maintaining strong client relationships. Support retail sales initiatives by assisting customers, providing product information, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through personalized communication and exceptional service. Manage sales administration tasks, including CRM system updates, sales tracking, and reporting analysis to optimize performance. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning for strategic planning. Assist with benefits administration related to health, life, and property casualty insurance products, ensuring compliance with regulations such as HIPAA. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, presentations, and data management to streamline workflow. Support marketing efforts by coordinating campaigns and engaging in telemarketing activities to generate leads. Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance products, including health insurance, life insurance, commercial insurance, and property casualty coverage.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on customer engagement. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English; bilingual skills are a plus. Familiarity with insurance industry concepts such as health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and related regulations like HIPAA. Knowledge of insurance sales processes and benefits administration is highly desirable. Proficiency in CRM systems for managing client data and tracking sales activities effectively. Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback for strategic insights. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive client relationships. Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
