Implementation Analyst | Cloud HR Software | Denver or Maitland Location: Orlando/Maitland FL 2x a week in office | Denver, CO 2x a week in office Denver, CO: $60,588 – $90,000 Maitland, FL: $46,800 – $70,000 Are you early in your SaaS career, or a Compensation Analyst who wants to move into tech? This could be your next step. We’re partnering with a cloud software company that helps organizations manage compensation, rewards, and talent. They’re adding an Implementation Analyst to their Professional Services team. You’ll work with a Project Manager to take new clients from kickoff to go-live. You’ll configure the software, build SQL reports, and make sure every rollout goes smoothly. What You’ll Do Gather client requirements and set up the software to fit each client’s needs Write SQL reports, analyze data, and handle data migration Build and track project plans, timelines, and documentation Train clients and support them through implementation Troubleshoot implementation issues and work on harder support cases escalated to the team Work with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support Help make the implementation process faster and better for clients What You Bring Required: SQL proficiency and Google Workspace proficiency Plus one of these: 0–1 years at an IT/SaaS software company, or 1–2 years as a Compensation Analyst working on quarterly or annual focal plans Understanding of relational database concepts (tables, keys, JOINs, normalization) Familiarity with web basics: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP/HTTPS, responsive design Comfort with programming concepts and pseudo code Strong math and analytical skills Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical clients Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about client service Nice to have: experience with a CMS such as WordPress or Drupal Benefits 401(k) match: 100% up to 3%, max $1,000 $300 in “Thrive Bucks” Flexible time off AimHire is an equal opportunity employer.
