Implementation Support Specialist

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Implementation Support Specialist will manage client engagement, project coordination, and system deployment while providing exceptional support and training for clients during the implementation of software and hardware solutions, with the flexibility to work remotely. Key responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, understanding their requirements and providing support Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met Conduct training sessions for clients' staff to ensure proficiency in using deployed systems and provide ongoing support Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or two or more years of related experience and/or training Preferred experience in software development, SQL, and/or testing Familiarity with a ticketing system and Windows server Experience in installing, configuring, and imaging Windows desktops Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience: 2 years required
