Roof + solar + battery combos often run $60,000–$75,000+. Financing that closes deals: 20-year terms at 6.99%, zero dealer fee, approvals for credit scores as low as 580.* Prepaid lease option through our financing partner, which claims the federal tax credit (up to 30%) and passes the savings through in pricing. Fast installs mean fast pay. Roofs are typically installed about 4 weeks after Notice to Proceed, and roof + solar + battery jobs about 6 weeks. That’s when your second commission payment comes. What You’ll Do Run your company-set appointments: inspect the roof, present the roof estimate, and open the energy conversation Collect utility and usage data in the home and build roof, solar, and battery options in our app Bundle HVAC, windows, and insulation where they fit the home Walk homeowners through loan, cash, and prepaid lease options Close deals and complete paperwork accurately so jobs move into production smoothly Keep your pipeline and notes up to date in our CRM Stay connected with your sold customers through install and earn referrals and reviews. We don’t require door knocking, but we do expect you to work your sold customers for referrals
Compensation
Guaranteed draw: $5,000–$10,000/month for your first 60 days, based on your verified sales history. Non-recoverable for your first 60 days, recoverable after that. Commission: 10% of the par price on every sale, plus 30% of everything you sell over par. Mileage reimbursement for driving to appointments Paid training and ramp-up support When You Get Paid Every deal pays your commission in two installments: 50% at Notice to Proceed (NTP). NTP is when the customer’s financing is approved, the contract is verified, and the job is released to production. The remaining 50% at install complete, adjusted for any final changes to the contract price. Each payment goes out on the next regular payroll after the milestone is reached. Typical time from NTP to your second payment: Roof only: about 4 weeks Roof + solar + battery: about 6 weeks Timelines can run longer when permits or utility approvals are delayed. Example: You sell a roof + solar + battery job at $75,000 par. Your commission is $7,500. You receive $3,750 on the payroll after the job reaches NTP, and the other $3,750 about 6 weeks later, once the install is complete. Example Commissions (illustrations only, not a guarantee of earnings) Roof only, $22,000 at par → $2,200 Roof only, par $22,000, sold at $24,000 → $2,800 Roof + solar + battery, $75,000 at par → $7,500 Roof + solar + battery, par $75,000, sold at $83,000 → $9,900 Example top-producer month: 4 combos at $75,000 and 5 roofs at $22,000, all at par = $41,000 in commission.

We’ll train you An active California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) registration, or willingness to obtain one before your first appointment A reliable vehicle, valid California driver’s license, and auto insurance Available for evening and Saturday appointments as needed Bonus Points Solar sales experience, or knowledge of NEM 3.0 and battery storage Bilingual (English/Spanish) Existing network or referral base in Orange County The Fine Print Commissions on deals that cancel or don’t fund are clawed back. Referral bonuses are based on the referred rep’s highest-producing month in their first 90 days. A deal counts toward the month it was sold, as long as it reaches NTP within 30 days after that month ends and has a minimum contract value of $20,000. Referral bonus tiers are not stacked. The highest tier reached is the bonus (for example, a $400,000 month earns $20,000, not $35,000). Referral bonuses are paid once, on the next regular payroll after the qualifying deals reach install complete. Deals that cancel or don’t fund don’t count. *Financing subject to lender approval and terms.
