What You'll Do
Meet with homeowners for in-home design consultations. Identify their needs, recommend solutions, and confidently present pricing. Build relationships, follow up with customers, and generate new opportunities. Who We're Looking For Outgoing, personable, and comfortable building relationships. Motivated by sales and performance-based earnings. Self-directed, dependable, and willing to take initiative. Comfortable learning technology and following a proven process. Reliable transportation to serve homeowners throughout the Knoxville area. Sales, real estate, design, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but formal design experience isn't required. Important: This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor position paid entirely through commissions, not an hourly wage. Earnings vary based on sales performance, and the hourly equivalent above reflects time spent in design appointments rather than all working hours. Company-generated appointments are available as consultants qualify, but building your own referrals and sales opportunities is an important part of success.
