Using active listening and consultative selling skills, you will handle initial inquiries, educate parents on services, and schedule student academic evaluations and consultations. Ensure a positive experience during all initial inquiries by educating clients on services, responding to questions, overcoming objections, and scheduling evaluations and consultations Follow contact center scripts when speaking with clients Build positive rapport with clients of differing personality types Remain polite and professional during all interactions Keep records of all conversations in the call center system Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative service targets Participate in initial and ongoing training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of services Work Environment Remote position – work from the comfort of your home. Varied shifts including morning, evening, and weekend. Full-time schedule required. Two weekday evening shifts per month (2:00 PM‐10:30 PM), two Saturday shifts per month (9:00 AM‐5:30 PM), and Sunday shifts as needed (10:00 AM‐3:00 PM).
