Inbound Medicare Sales Associate (1099 Remote)
Company: Davis Capital and Insurance Role Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Work Location: Remote Job Summary: Davis Capital and Insurance is seeking licensed Health Insurance Agents to handle high-volume inbound Medicare inquiries. In this role, you will connect with interested consumers, evaluate their coverage needs, and enroll them in suitable Medicare products. We provide full live-inbound lead flow, back-office administrative support, and comprehensive training. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and manage live inbound sales calls from consumers interested in Medicare coverage. - Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate Medicare plans. - Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish. - Maintain accurate records of client communications and policy details in our CRM. - Participate in ongoing product training and compliance updates. Qualifications & Requirements: - Active State Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain before start date). - Ability to complete necessary Medicare training, certifications (AHIP), and carrier appointments. - Strong verbal communication skills and high emotional intelligence when speaking with senior clients. - Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working effectively in a remote environment. - Prior experience in life or health insurance sales is a plus, but newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply.
