Job Overview Looking for an Independent Contractor Sales Agent. Add our services and products to what you are already selling. Come develop business and generate revenue through direct sales to business-to-business (B2B) and other clients. Our organization owns its real estate of multi showrooms and warehousing. This independent contractor role calls for self-direction, clear client communication, and consistent follow-through with Contractors, Developers, and other Trades requiring our products Many of the customers will be reoccuring opportunities. PRODUCT OFFERED: High End Cabinetry for up to 50% Less Countertops with Quick Turn Around Kitchen Replacement Renovations Full Kitchen Remodels Basement Fit Ups & Remodels Commercial Unit Fit Ups Flipper & Investor Reno Programs DUTIES: Leads Provided, from time to time Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and other marketing Leads generated through business development activities Manage & respond to accounts while maintaining customer relationships Present products through demonstrations & information sharing Close deals and work toward established sales targets. Track leads, customer interactions, and opportunities within in-house CRM EXPERIENCE Experience as an Independent Sales Agent preferred Demonstrated sales ability, including B2B, direct, retail, or territory sales Relevant experience is valued, but not every sales channel is required. Strong prospecting, lead generation, deal-closing, and account management Contractor, Developer, and or Customer relationship-building skills. Clear client communication, customer service, and product presentation skills; Experience working remotely in a sales environment is helpful.
