Independent Sales Rep – Southwest US: CA, NV, AZ (Commission-Only)

Xero Shoes is one of the fastest-growing brands in the natural movement footwear category, with distribution in more than 90 countries worldwide. As demand for natural movement footwear continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Independent Sales Rep to represent Xero Shoes across the Southwest US territory of California, Nevada, and Arizona. This is a commission-only, independent contractor opportunity focused on developing and managing relationships with footwear, outdoor, running, and specialty retail accounts throughout the territory. Responsibilities  Identify and open new wholesale accounts across California, Nevada, and Arizona, including key markets such as Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, Sacramento, Las Vegas, Reno/Tahoe, Phoenix, and Tucson  Manage and grow relationships with existing retail partners in the territory  Present seasonal collections and secure pre-book orders  Support retailers with product knowledge, merchandising, and sell-through initiatives  Attend regional trade shows, key industry events, and customer meetings as needed  Provide market feedback, competitive insights, and growth opportunities  Collaborate closely with Xero Shoes' National Sales Manager and US wholesale team What We're Looking For  Proven experience selling footwear, outdoor, sporting goods, or related consumer products  Existing relationships with independent and regional footwear, outdoor, and run specialty retailers in California, Nevada, and/or Arizona  Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to cover a large, multi-state territory  Strong communication and presentation skills  Passion for health, movement, outdoor, or active lifestyle categories is a plus Commercial Structure  Commission-only compensation  Independent contractor relationship  Competitive commission rates  No inventory investment required  Orders placed directly with Xero Shoes and fulfilled from our US distribution center  Full support from our US wholesale, operations, and customer service teams About Xero Shoes Xero Shoes designs lightweight, flexible footwear inspired by the natural shape and function of the human foot.
